Having spent 15 years between restaurants and yachts, Alex is a well travelled chef who has now found home in Palma Mallorca. With abundance of energy and qualifications in Business and economics Alex is focused, organised and a natural problem solver.

Alex Bellamy
Having been brought up sailing with the family in the Irish Sea, Rory grew into a strong sailor, running transatlantic charters and racing the Caribbean regattas. This led on to competing in the Clipper race, firstly as skipper of 'London Clipper' 02/03. then 'Glasgow' Clipper 05/06, in the biannual Round the World event.
Since becoming (mostly) shore - based, Rory has been involved in numerous projects. These have encompassed areas of refit, new-build, and ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of both power and sail vessels of all sizes and shapes.
With his wealth of experience and instinctive eye, Rory has broad experience, built from a lifetime working on, and around boats.
